Perhaps, he'd care to delay his ruling in a drunk driving case, or a kidnapping case? WTF is he waiting for, poll numbers to TELL him what to do? A LAW, IS A LAW, IS A LAW.

What's he waiting for?

He's waiting for the numbers to increase to such an extent that he can wring his hands and declare that any decision other than a "recognition" of the "facts on the ground" would be meaningless.

Think that's nuts?

Well, maybe it is.

But it's no more nuts than Arlen Spector invoking "Scottish Law" in order to protect Slick from impeachment, or The Supremes ruling on the basis of European case law so that they can ignore the Constitution.

We're through the looking glass, folks.
