Dispel the "Kerry as-War-Hero" Myth Right Now!  (CLICK HERE)

In case nobody noticed, I should point out that almost every time we have a Media FReep -- e.g. the Imminence Myth or the Bush Recession Myth -- the media shuts up about the topic for a while (probably because they know they've been caught).

Anyway, there is an important myth that needs to be dispelled right now -- the myth that Kerry is a War Hero.  Click here if you don't know why this is a myth.

Here are three steps you can take to help dispel the myth.

1)  Open the "Write for W" window by clicking HERE.

Make sure to enter your ZipCode in the top box and press enter.  You will see a list of local papers.  Check off every paper on the list.  Then, fill in all the personal information and write an email.  If you don't have time, or need an idea as far as what to write, you can look at this sample email:

A person cannot be both a War Hero and a War Criminal.  John Kerry is not a War Hero, as he, himself, has admitted that he committed war crimes.  On Meet the Press on May 6, 2001, Tim Russert played John Kerry an audio tape from April 18, 1971, where Kerry was asked whether he committed war crimes in Vietnam.  Kerry’s response, on the 1971 tape, was:

I would have to say that, yes, yes, I committed the same kind of atrocities as thousands of other soldiers have committed in that I took part in shootings in free fire zones. I conducted harassment and interdiction fire. I used 50 calibre machine guns, which we were granted and ordered to use, which were our only weapon against people. I took part in search and destroy missions, in the burning of villages. All of this is contrary to the laws of warfare, all of this is contrary to the Geneva Conventions. . .

Therefore, having admitted to committing war crimes, it is disingenuous for Kerry to now claim the mantle of “Hero.”  It is even more disingenuous for the media to keep perpetuating the “Hero” myth.

Go ahead and send it!

2)  Fox News tends to listen to reason.  So, by all means, send them this email as well (if you need semicolons instead of commas, you can do it by hand or automatically find-replace in Word:

Kerry's specialty was coup de grace shooting severely wounded Vietnamese as they tried to crawl away.

HOLD THE PRESSES!

The quote you attribute to JOHN Kerry appears to be instead from BOB Kerry, check the source. Be careful!

NO... This is absolutely a quote from JOHN KERRY not Bob Kerry. Russert says this in the interview. Click here:

He's either a self-admitted war criminal or a complete liar. Those are the only logical conclusions one can make about his statements.

Is America ready to put a "reformed" war criminal in office...?

For the sake of our nation, let's hope he's just a liar....

Yeah, but some nutcases would have you believe that real men would Throw Chunks of Metals that belong to others across a fence while keeping their own "chunks of metal".

What a hypocrite.

"All of this is contrary to the laws of warfare, all of this is contrary to the Geneva Conventions. . . "

That just makes Kerry a liar, and a libeler of his fellow troops, but not a war criminal. Everything in that quote is legitimate military tactics as taught by the United States, and is in strict compliance with all international conventions. As a high-ranking (LT jg) officer, he knew that.

I don't care how he got his Silver Star (which I suspect was "medal inflation" given out to member of elite families), Kerry proved himself a coward afterwards. Anybody who says diametrically opposite things, depending on what's convenient for him at that moment, is a coward. He expects his distinguished lineage, and the wealthy women he has married, grants him that aristocratic privilege.

Kerry isn't a war criminal, he's a liar and a coward. But that makes him prime material to become president, as far as the RAT party is concerned.

How differently the press has handled Kerry's war crimes to how they recently
handled that American soldier in Iraq who the press ripped for simply firing his gun
next to some Iraqi's head in order to get information which saved some of our troops.

Such a double standard.

"As a high-ranking (LT jg) officer, he knew that."

Just a minor correction, a Navy Lieutenant (Junior Grade) is NOT a high ranking officer. He would be the next officer up from the lowest ranking officer, an Ensign. (Excluding warrant officers, who rank below Ensign)
