I bet those unborn children would have preferred some privacy in the womb.

I love the way Ashcroft respects privacy :/Ashcroft is uninterested in patients names, he is interested in how many babies have been torn limb from limb on the way out for no reason other than an inconvenince to the mother and father.
Any concerns for the baby's right to life or privacy for that matter?

How is anyone disrespecting patient privacy in requesting redacted medical records to prove whether or not partial birth abortions are medically required?
What medical reasoning supports a DNX procedure?
I have had a DNC, after a spontaneous abortion.
I know women who have had DNCs after childbirth, both live and stillborn.
I cant imagine any medical health reason to have a DNX, partial birth abortion.
Can you cite one?
Do you have a case history?

Perhaps there's some DA's in Florida who know how to get patient's records.

``People's medical records should not be the tools of political operatives,'' said Rep. Eliot Engel, D-N.Y. ``All Americans should have the right to visit their doctor and receive sound medical attention without the fear of Big Brother looking into those records.''
I suppose that doesn't apply to Rush Limbaugh.
