On a local note. My hometown, Mobile, calls itself a 'sister' city with Havana. There was suppose to be some kind of trade meeting here but was suddenly cancelled (to everone's suprize) when the state department stepped in and cancelled the visas of all the Cubans who were to attend, they had made numerous previous trips. Hmmmm? Them SOB's better not blow up Mobile, lol.

Castro has been saying that every 5 years for a couple of decades now. He does it to drum up lagging support among the peons for his neverending concept of "Revolution" and give them a third party they can hate more than they hate him.
