Mansoor said that the pardon of Khan was very narrowly defined to specific things he confessed. There's a lot of things going on right now folks.
Didn't he confirm an earlier article posted on FR about 'special teams' (nuclear) in Pakistan?

Masood said the pardon given to Dr Qadeer is ‘conditional’ and related just to his confession made so far. The Foreign Ministry in fact did not rule out any more disclosure in the ongoing negotiation.
