Yes, the bacon is excellant.
And I only buy meat at costco..no other store has the grade of meat that Costco has.
I do think I will send a letter, but, jeeeeeeeeez, I have to shop there. And Safeway as well.

On Saturday, i turned in my cards and received my refund. I will no longer shop there for my business or personal needs, I also sent an email explaining my cancellation. I encourage more to do the same, they will notice.

I've always enjoyed shopping there and associated Costco with an ethic of self-reliance, hardly a Democratic plank.

Costco has extremely few choices for each given type of item, but usually stocks the highest quality products, with extremely reasonable prices for the purchase of mass quantities, and everyone who has ever shopped there knows or senses that. I can get a laugh out of people when I describe Costco as "what communism would have looked like, had it been a viable economic philosophy."

Bump and good move, I called them last week and canceled, they said debit card would be credited, but have not seen any action so another call is in for this week.

We live 125 miles to nearest store or I would be in their face.

They responed to my e-mail and said that it would be forwarded to executives, but I will probably not hold my breath.

Wow, I canceled my Costco memebership on the 02/05 and just got our refund for $45.00 today. Oh well, it felt good and still does to jerk their tails even if just a bit. And I am $45.00 up.

Good to hear, did you tell them why? I would write a letter to the manager there and to the creep CEO. I bet Bush's tax-cut plan increased the value of this guy's stock and made him much more wealthy.

American fascism can succeed with big business willing to buy protection from the criminally corrupt socialists like the Clintonazis. Blackrobes who rule rather than do their jobs facilitate and are these American fascists.

We export Americans' household consumer manufacturing jobs by buying primarily fascist Chinese goods. "Communist" China is in reality fascist because the ruling 5,000 can lay claim to the profits of our foolish buying spree.
