It is very unusual to have access to these letters. The Bar likes to hanles this matters without alot of public attention. The matter does not become "public" until and IF there is a probable cause finding.
That assumes the Bar feels there is enough or is under pressure to send it to committee.

I can't imagine the hell Rush must be going through right now... trying to fight his addiction on top of having to deal with all this garbage from the vipers who are out to crucify him.
They'd clearly like to see him fall on his face and will do anything to see it accomplished - including unethical behavior!
