That looks like a good enough shot that someone who works with him or knows him will be able to id him. Prayers for the girl and her family.
Not looking to get flamed but it was 6:20 pm and she's eleven years old. Further, it's not daylight at that time. It's kind of dusky at best. Was she near the home or hanging out by the car wash? How dare I ask such questions? A crime has occurred and this is a crime thread.
