"How does a moron like Hal Lindsey still have anything resembling a career, after his litany of hilariously failed predictions?"

Many of Hal's predictions were spot on.

Many of Hal's predictions were spot on. He said back in the 70's that Islamic fundamentalists were one of the greatest threats to the US. He said the world's focus would be increasingly drawn to Jerusalem. Who can argue with that? Hal never claimed to be a prophet. He simply took the scriptures and said, in order for this to happen, I think x might happen. And while he hasn't been perfect, he has a pretty good track record.

He needed to read the scriptures to predict the obvious? I've been predicting the same thing for twenty years and I haven't studied the scriptures in close to 40 years. BTW, I predict that tomorrow there will be daylight followed by darkness.

3 out of hundreds...perhaps thousands of predictions is a pretty good track record eh?
Remind me never to have you do my taxes. :)

I have read the Late Great Planet Earth and i'm sorry but Hal Lindsey has destroyed much of his credibility.
