I can't even think of who to ping about Edwards. I've been down with a migraine today, and I'm in for an early night.

They call those attacks???

The RAT party is definitely in a "quagmire" if they consider the facts as attacks.

Edwards campaign spokeswoman Jennifer Palmieri said the briefing book was written by his campaign in Iowa and that Edwards did not know about it until CNN contacted his campaign. "Having been made aware of it, he thinks it was wrong and he has instructed his staff not to do anything like it again," she said.

Looks like Kucinich will be the last man standing after running through the abattoir known as the Democratic primary campaign.

The term "working families" has to go. They put out the notion that so many people are living off Grand Dads oil fortune. Please. Who the #@%@ doesn't work?

"The presidential campaign of Senator John Edwards (D-N.C.) announced yesterday it will return $10,000 to employees of a Little Rock law firm after a law clerk said she expected her boss to reimburse her for a $2,000 donation."

"Federal election laws prohibit a person from funneling donations through someone else to conceal their source. Such practices would enable the reimburser to exceed the legal contribution limit for individuals, recently raised to $2,000 from $1,000 per election … "

This is good news, but I just heard about something on MSNBC that has me concerned.

They just had a newsflash about Sen Richard Shelby from Alabama (RFEP, but former Dem) saying that the National Security Agency got a memo or something (on Sept 10) saying there was going to be an attack the next day on Sept 11.

Anybody else see this? Expect this to hit hard tommorow...
