Bridge is the building Thorn has his office in at Cal-Tech. I used to work down in its Hobbit-hole of a basement. Thorn's wagers, like the one you posted, are on the walls on the ground floor.

Of course, I have compassion for the man and respect his genius but I also have the feeling Steve is arrogant and does as he pleases and answers to no one. I also think that he considers his new wife as a prize.

The celebrated physicist can be seen at a barbecue on Little St James as well as taking a boat cruise and submarine tour of the sea bed off the island.
