I haven't been since they stopped frying their fries in lard. Boy, were they good!

Their fries suck now. I think they classified the former frying material as having 'beef tallow' in it, which made it taste good. Then they went PC and the fries are horrible now. So they just drown them in salt to make up for the lack of taste. If health reasons made them switch cooking methods, they just went from one way to harm you to another.

BTW, anyone see the latest mcdonald's commercial where some guys are playing poker for french fries? What a brilliant marketing idea. The fries are usually too cold to eat a minute after you pull away from the drive thru, and room temperature by the time you get them home, so the only real use for them is as substitute poker chips. Just don't eat them...the real plastic kind of poker chips probably taste better...
