I was surprised from the picture how much Governor Rowland seems to physically resemble former Governor Dean. Anyway, Rowland may be doomed. Were he a Democrat, he would easily survive the investigation.

We should all be proud of the stark contrast between the way Republicans in Connecticut are dealing with this situation and the performance of Democrats in the Clinton years.
