It is so pathetic to watch people blame others for their own stupidity. I hope they are not dumb enough to think they are convincing anyone, except maybe a jury, which is normally in the same IQ range, based on current jury shopping trends.

When I grocery-shop, I bag my own stuff. Plastic bags are always doubled. If a bagger gets there before me, I ask for double bags. Boy, is THAT ever totally difficult. What an amazing hassle. But hey, it beats hell out of a broken foot and loss of consortium.

Unfortunately, the jury's IQ range, is why many of these dirt bags win their law suits. I hate to say it, but I am sure they will make some money.
