Harassment claims by gay students settled for $1.1 million

SAN FRANCISCO - A suburban San Jose school district agreed to pay $1.1 million Tuesday to settle a lawsuit brought by six gay students who said they were subjected to beatings, death threats and other harassment.

The Morgan Hill district also agreed to hold training sessions for students and teachers to discourage anti-gay harassment.

I think I'll get a job in a live theatre show, work there for 2 years as a janitor or something, and then SUE the place claiming I was harassed as a straight man.

A California law called the Safe Schools Act had a lot to do with this. The Columbine high school massacre probably wouldn't have happened if Colorado had a similar statute in effect at the time. School admnistrators are required to head off trouble before it gets serious.

The goal is to recruit and seduce more converts to their religion. The money is incidental to the overall goal of control.

I raised 5 kids,all teens at the same time, and that was business as usual for a few years but this was some time ago and no one would ever sue anyone.

Their goal is not money. The money is a means to their goal. They are a religion, on a mission, to recruit replacements.

They should have headed off trouble by expelling the pervert students, whose behaviour offended others.
