All down through history, invasion forces have, as part of the looting and pillage, also been given a certain amount of tacit permission to have a go at whatever females were willing or even unwilling to engage in close encounters. Some of these invading armies made it a matter of standing policy that all available females above the age of pubescence be made available, and the soldiers were required to perform as part of their duties.

But US Commanders have always, for the most part, been much more puritanical than that. There is, after all, a major security issue and a large public health hazard both to your own men, and the female population of the occupied country. Some fraternization goes on, no matter what, and regardless of the threat of punishment when caught.

All in all, the coalition forces probably behaved much better, so far, during the occupation of Iraq, than perhaps any other armies anywhere on earth. If the reverse situation had prevailed, i.e., the Iraqi Republican Guard had somehow invaded the US and established supremacy, well, the Islamofascists know how THEY would have behaved.

Fairly recent history has the examples of the Japanese invasion of Nanking, and the Soviet Army entry into Berlin. Somehow, I don't believe the US and British soldiers followed that paradigm.

I will take your word for it rather than click and go to the site. Every click by accident of a porn site invites more porn spam e-mail. They are like dogs with their tongues hanging out waiting for some unsuspecting person to click or even open up their e-mail so they to bombard their e-mail with porn spam.
