Somebody is laughing at you there! I may be a "clueless Right", but after looking at the Gulu site, I do not think these people are being satirical. I could be wrong, but I don't think so.

Somebody is laughing at you there! If the source site is meant to be a gag, it's lost on me. It reminds me of what P.J. O'Rouke said about Albright's explaination that she was joking about Bush having OBL on ice, "I've met Madeline Albright, and she would have absolutely no idea of whether or not she is telling a joke."

If this is a joke, then the author doesn't know very much about satire. It reads exactly like all of the other ridiculous conspiracy theories I've read, and has none of the tells that should be present in a satire piece.
