I think if we ever went to Elmo, it would not be initiated with a press briefing scheduled two hours hence...it would probably be announced in the past tense.

Condition Elmo possibly I work for Homeland Security... during yellow we hang the yellow teletubby outside our cubicle, and during orange we hang out an orange shower puff. If we go to red, we have the red teletubby standing by... but Elmo is a good idea. Wonder where I can find a small Elmo...?

Condition Elmo is the standard condition around here.
How's the back? Down to 201 lbs as of yesterday. Started at 228 in Feb. and lost almost 2 months of excercise to surgery in May.
My xmas present to myself, being under 200, didn't happen because I got the darn flu last week.
I don't open the ready locker until Condition Cookie Monster by the way.
