If this is known and can be verified it sounds like it's time to take a page from the Mossad's history books and do an "Eichmann" on them. Snatch, grab, and run straight to a WAR Crimes trial in Afghanistan or a "Nuremberg/Yamashita" trial in Gitmo.

This is no Saddam Hussein, there is no due process with this guy!!!
