Egg on Qaety Quric's Face
KFYI / NBC Today show | 12/22/03 | chiller

Posted on 12/22/2003 7:24:00 AM PST by chiller

I'm hearing via Barry Young at KFYI;

TODAY's Perqy Qaety Quric chided a Time Mag rep. on air this morning for not including a women on their cover for Person of the Year.

"Oh, I couldn't tell." she is reported to have said.

Would you like some toast with that egg, Ms Perqy? Typical lib looking to slam (the military) before they check the facts.

What a bigot Qaety Quric is! Thanks to Resident Clinton, for all we know the Time magazine cover image does show three women, albeit 'trannies.' ;-)

One of them is a woman. I haven't seen a photo large enough to tell which.

Yes. If you study the blowup of this picture you'll find that they touched the obligatory bases. White man, black man, woman.

No Asian though. Someone fell down on the job.

The person in the middle of the Time magazine cover is a woman. Silly Qaty either couldn't tell (I could) or she didn't bother to look closely.

I saw the interview.In addition to not doing her homework on the woman in the middle of the photo,she had to listen to a Time editor recount the interview with Rumsfield as he was being considered MOY.

Rumsfield said "Why don't you consider the soldier as MOY"? The editor said it was the first time a candidate had suggested they choose someone else.Katie immediately changed subjects as if he hadn't said it.

could you please re-write your post to make it coherent for those of us who would rather be shot than watch TODAY?

The one in the middle holding the rifle is the woman, a medic who saved the life of the Time correspondent when he lost his hand, but of course, she couldn't be shown with a medic's bag...typical PC posturing by Time. The aging perky one should get on FR and she'd have all the facts before embarrassing herself on TV. That's what she's paid millions for, apparently.

Not only her "cute" face gives her away, but also her fingernails.

FOX News had the magazine's editor on this morning. The woman in the middle is a medic. She treated the journalist whose hand was blown off when a grenade came through the window of the HumVee he was riding in. (I thought that I caught that the two men in the pic were also in the vehicle and were also treated by her. Their injuries were minor.)

She looks like the female Starbuck in Battlestar Gallactica (Sci Fi's new miniseries).
