Interesting email I just received from (Jewish) liberal friends

I was just forwarded this by a good friend of mine who happens to be a flaming liberal. He's also a deeply religious Jew. He knows I'm conservative, I guess I'm just on his Jew list. Anyway it shows the problems the Democrats are facing this year:

HOWARD DEAN PROMISED THAT IF HE IS ELECTED PRESIDENT, THE UNITED STATES WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT ISRAEL THE WAY IT HAS IN THE PAST UNDER BOTH DEMOCRATIC AND REPUBLICAN PRESIDENTS. IN HIS OWN WORDS HE WILL INSIST THAT THE UNITED STATES BE "EVEN HANDED" . THIS IS A TERM REGULARLY EMPLOYED BY ARAFAT AND HIS COTERIE OF ADHERENTS THAT MEANS TO BE ANTI-ISRAEL!!

GOVERNOR DEAN MADE THESE COMMENTS ON CNN ON SEPTEMBER 10,2003 ON THE WOLF BLITZER SHOW. HE HAS REPEATED THOSE WORDS SINCE. IF THIS WERE NOT ENOUGH, GOVERNOR DEAN ON THAT SAME SHOW CHARACTERIZED THE HAMAS TERRORISTS AS "SOLDIERS". FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 9/11 WE HAVE SOMEONE RUNNING FOR THE OFFICE OF PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES CALLING TERRORISTS SOLDIERS. I URGE YOU THAT IF YOU HAVE ANY LOVE FOR AMERICA AND ISRAEL YOU SHOULD NOT AND CANNOT VOTE FOR HOWARD DEAN FOR THE OFFICE OF PRESIDENT. THIS COMING ELECTION MAY VERY WELL BE ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT IN DECADES. PLEASE PASS THIS MESSAGE ON TO AS MANY OF YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS AS YOU CAN.

I've noticed that most liberals, not just those who are Jewish, become quite confused when the horse they've hitched their wagon to lifts up his tail and blows a big load of apples in their lap. Maybe there will be some who view this as the time to change horses.

I am very much afraid you are correct. For whatever reason, many people of the Jewish faith adhere slavishly to the Democrat party. I have heard a few theories - guilt/compassion, fear of Evangelicals in the GOP, history, and so forth - none of which really give me any kind of adequate explanation. Well, maybe there is hope, but, remember, these include the people who voted for Hillary! in droves even after she kissed up to Mrs. Arafat. There are some liberal Jews who would vote for a Rat even if it were shown that he/she was Heydrich's right-hand (wo)man. I don't understand it, really. Some of these Rats are no friend of Israel, but it doesn't seem to faze them.

Two of Kerry's grandparents were Jewish, it turns out.

Kerry, who is a practicing Catholic, said he has known for 15 years that his paternal grandmother was Jewish, but had unsuccessfully searched for news of his paternal grandfather's roots.

However, a genealogist hired by the Boston Globe found that Kerry's grandfather was born to a Jewish family in a small town in the Czech Republic.

"This is incredible stuff," Kerry told the Globe. "I think it is more than interesting. It is a revelation."

The records show that his grandfather, Frederick Kerry, was born as Fritz Kohn. He changed his name to Kerry in 1902, immigrated to the United States in 1905 -- and committed suicide in a Boston hotel in 1921.

Frederick Kerry's story highlights the Jewish experience of earlier generations, Brandeis University professor Jonathan Sarna said.

I too got the same email from my jewish friends, the problem is if dean gets the nod for the rats, they will vote for him anyway. It just like the black if dean the the N word in front of thousands of people at the dnc convention they would still vote for him.
