Scott was the lawyer in the "Terrance And Philip" movie "Not Without My Anus' from one of the early seasons.
Was a funny episode. I expected the OZ ending but I didn't expect Saddam to be behind the curtain.

The exchange between Canadians and Scott I found hilarious. Scott would rant and rave about why he hates Americans. Their response: "You're a
d@#k, Scott." That was a the sum of the exchange on two occasions. No discussion of the merits of the arguments. Readers of this post may wonder why this was funny- I suppose you just have to watch it. Maybe it's because Scott was a such a random character.
