My money is on the illegal immigrants Many of the legal ones share the same standards of sanitation. We discovered this during the course of building our house. The subs used the back portion of our property as a latrine- even though facilities were provided!

I wouldn't bet against you. The whiz bottles have been multiplying in Dallas lately, coincident with the immigrant population going parabolic.
