Let the companies keep outsourcing to India and China and see how long it is before Americans cross over the border into Mexico in search of work.

That's part of the big problem. As we move more towards a service economy in these cities, that's the draw. Employers don't want to pay American's a livable, higher wage, when there is an endless line of cheap labor, that will work for near nothing. It's a vicious circle.....
