This is someone who really ought not to ever comment on being 'brought to justice.'

"I am glad he was captured alive so he can be brought before the bar of justice," Clinton said Sunday in a statement."

He works in a veiled, snotty reference to Uday and Qusay's deaths. How very clintonian. A stinker first, last, and always.

I'd give good money to make this guy just shut up and go away.

Saddam was just one of the nasty tarbabies the Clintons left behind for W. Slowly but surely, President Bush is removing the CLINTON LEGACY from the world.

the thought of Clinton soluting our troops makes me ill

We used to have to see the troops saluting him.
That was way worse.

I've got to include this quote from Bubba earlier this year where he admitted that he shirked his responsiblity and left it for the next administration to deal with:

An Interview With Bill Clinton (long) (Atlantic Monthly 3/2003

We knew when we did the bombing in '98 that we hit all the known or suspected sites based on the intelligence we had, from all the people that were doing that work there. We knew at the time that we had set his program back a couple years. But sooner or later in the millennium the new Administration, whether it was Gore's or Bush's, would have to take this matter up again.

Yes, she told the troops that the outcome was not certain. Cause after all, she couldn't LIE to soldiers from her state.

No wonder she's silent today.

Compared to launching a missile into a tent and hitting a camel in the butt, I'd say our president has done us proud, VERY PROUD.

Happy? I doubt it. Especially if Saddamn can be persuaded to come clean on his relationship with Bubba. And some others.

Clinton captured a few thongs and lots of pizzas when he was in the White House.

What a great and brave leader!

Your screen name best describes the likes of most of the attendees of the Florida state Democrat convention held in Orlando last week.

I'll bet their average weight was 240.

Brings new meaning to the term "fat cats".

You ascribe the very worst of motives to George W. Bush and his father, George H.W. Bush. This is not the era of JFK and LBJ, or even of Nixon. The Bushes, elder and younger, have the shared conviction that most human beings are essentially good, that it is only circumstances that cause anyone to take the wrong path to achieving wealth and power.

Both are somewhat naive in that respect, in that they believe everybody to be capable of their personal standards of honor and integrity, when in truth, both these traits are in scarce distribution throughout the world. But once a rival has demonstrated that honor and integrity mean little, the response by Family Bush is devastating and nearly relentless, until the transgressor is in a position of surrender. Mercy may soften the ultimate verdict they render, but never to the degree that a complete amnesty would be granted.

Note to self:

George W did what Clinton could (would) not.

and increase international support

There are more than 34 countries currently involved with us in Iraq, so how many MORE do they want for it to be "international"?

Leave it to that scumbag to crawl out of his rathole and try to soak up some of the limelight on this wonderful day, a day that he and that evil hag of a wife of his had NOTHING to do with.

"I am glad he was captured alive so he can be brought before the bar of justice"
-----
He says wishing HE could appear before the bar of justice

Another Freudian slip from Slick. His disbarment continues to weigh on his perveted psyche.

"Saddam Hussein's capture is a tribute to the skill and bravery of our troops and the good work of our intelligence officers,"

Hmmm... this time no one cares what he means, whatever he means.

A very gracious statement, or at least very gracious reporting of what he said. Probably the best thing I have ever heard him say.
