Wait, that was Linus, wasn't it? Maybe I'm confusing him with Chirac. Good news days always lead to mistakes.

Schroeder congratulates Bush

Why would they congratulate GW on something that they DIDN'T AGREE WITH HIM ON IN THE FIRST PLACE?

I wonder if Herr Shroeder is being served sauerkraut with his crow? All I can say is, (quoting Bruce Willis) "Yippeeokaia, mother****er!"

French Foregin Minister Dominique de Villepin added: "The page of the Iraqi dictatorship is thus turned. All that is behind us now. There is no need to question him about any county's financial relationship with him..."

French Foregin Minister Dominique de Villepin (who is a man) added: "The page of the Iraqi dictatorship is thus turned."

In addition to misspelling "foreign", they left out the required clarifying text in bold.

I'll say it, because the Bush family is too humble to say it: The son has vindicated the father. I'm certain that there is no one more pleased today than George Herbert Walker Bush.
