If you'd read the whole article, you'd learn that she does want money. She's written a letter to Strom Jr. asking that things be settled "among family," that way she wouldn't have to make any formal claims against the estate. The woman filed for personal bankruptcy recently, so I guess Strom forgot a few payments.
