3% of 4,500,000 Concealed Carry Weapon would equal 135,000 bad guys. Is this acceptable. See the issue with honest citizens carrying CCW.

3% of 80,000,000 firearms owners would be 2,400,000 million bad american citziens with firearms. Is this acceptable?/
