The entire civil rights movement is and always has been a pandoras box of illegal activity and political pay outs. Any one who thinks different has their head in the sand.

They set a new standard for lowering the bar on every descent moral rule of law that ever existed. The courts are corrupt, civil law has been dumped in the trash bin, police forces have been lowered to stand back and watch, education and discipline have hit a new sub low.

Now lets consider what it has contributed to society other then a few who were smart enough to crawl out of the Race baiting, poverty pimps on going rant.

Why did Chief Judge Boyce Martin of the Sixth Circuit rig the selection of the panel in the Grutter case and then delay en banc consideration until two conservative judges had retired to senior status (actions for which he was publicly reprimanded by his own court in an official opinion)? Who got to him?
