Bodyguards are picked for loyalty and courage, no?
I think that capturing Saddam's bodyguards is a good action. It's not Saddam, granted, but it is getting a bad guy off the streets.

And IF we were allowed to effectively question him, we might have Saddam tomorrow. It should be SOP that all interrogations are conducted by the Kurds.
