According to the weekly news magazine l'Express the training exercises in France, which took place from 1996 to 1999...

It seems very clear to me that the West (including the USA under Clinton) were training and raising Islamic armies to be used against Yugoslavia, Russia, China, India and other nations in some sort of Great Game Foreign Policy. Before we rag (pun intended) on the French-remember all those Islamic war camps all over the States that Clinton left alone to train hundreds (thousands?) of potential Islamic terrorisists while Clinton sent the BATF after the kooky but harmless American groups like the Branch Davidians.

What do y'all think? Time has passed enough that we need to question just what sort of foreign policy game was being played by the so called Third Way leftists during the 90s.

IMO--I think we all mis-read Islam and their Jihad training camps. We didn't know then that they are required by Allah to rule the world. Too little did we know then; it is definitely not too late to know that now. Sayonarra.
