I suggest that Bush make a demonstrable point to Muslims and MId East Bathists. Test a Moab on Tikrit. If Syria, Iran, Egypt, or France complain, test one on them too.
We should start collecting teenage boys from Mosul. Scare 'em enough and they'll talk. The guilty ones should be pummeled with concrete blocks.
