Bush is a fine speaker, though some people think his Texas drawl and a penchant for simple statements somehow belies this.

He gets my vote next year, but to me it's like fingernails on a blackboard every time I hear him say "Nucular" instead of nuclear.

LOL! Me, too. But other than that, his speech in Britain was wonderful, IMO.
