Well, when you think about it, they both believe in only one God. So don't they answer the "Who has the correct God?" question just by that? By their own decree, there is but one God. Allah, Yaweh, God...same guy. The difference lays withing which attributes you believe in the most strongly. Christians belive in the love and forgiveness - Islamic extremist believe in the jihads and smiting.

Allah, Yaweh, God...same guy.No, no, no. To Muslims God is a singular entity. To Christians He is a triune being. That is nowhere near the same God. Same name, that is it. Their view of God, forgiveness etc is nothing similar to the Christian view. Same historical figure of God, but that is it. The beliefs are so far removed from one another and in so much of a different direction that we are talking about two distinctly different gods. I understand the arguement that they came from the belief system in the middle east. That is it though. One is such a distorted view that they have basically highjacked a God. They are good at highjackings!
