Why this is different from the last investigation:
1. The law has been changed, BECAUSE of the LAST Michael Jackson investigation!
2. No charges were brought in the last investigation. There is a warrant and multiple charges will be filed.
3. At the time of the 93-94 investigation there was a contemporaneous civil suit filed. Hampered our investigation. There is no civil case filed .
4. We have a cooperative victim.

He says that they have been ready to do this for quite some time.
Evidently he has been watching the coverage of this and refuted most of the things they are saying on TV.
Child Protective Services is NOT involved as of this time.
