Minimum 3to 8 max..but multiple counts can add..these are guidelines.This is different than last time.Now law has changed,never charges brought last time..
This time there are multiple charges.At the time of the investigation last time there was civil case,and a settlement.No civil case filed this time and a cooperative victim.
No they aren't doing this to spoil his new record release.
