Either this poll is the biggest movement that DU has ever been able to muster, or somebody has written a bot to bump the poll. Every time I refresh the page, it climbs by 200 votes. I smell a RAT.

Not any point in pursuing it unless you are going to write a competing bot.

that thing is smoking.... there's no way that website is getting that many hits...
To: Bob J
Is there a way to email the web master and tell them that the poll has been smaked with a bot.

If you want to vote again, you need to clear your cookies - or else it wont allow you to vote multiple times.
To: Bob J
I voted, currently 65-35 against.

All they can do is pull it down but they needed to pull it when they were up by 10.
The Stupid Party. The need more FReeper advisors.

It got hit with a bot earlier I think and they cleared the poll and started over. They will probably do that again or just get rid of it.
The good news is that some DU'er was kept busy all night writing a script instead of causing real trouble.

It's a freakn' stupid poll. The Senate has a duty to give an up or down vote. It is not an option.

I agree, this must be a bot.
Now let me get this straight:
67% of Americans do not think that the Senate should vote upon an issue?
If the Senate is not able to vote on an issues, why do we even have a Senate?
Allow the Democrats to have their wish!
Let us abolish Congress (since they are not allowed to vote) and nominate George W. Bush as dictator for life!
Obviously, the poll results are false.

I would like to prove Reid wrong in his statement about this very poll on the floor of the Senate! So, call me stupid if you like

I voted (
again and it was:
32% yes
68% no
38738 votes.
That was a mere 5 five minutes after you voted, so the fix is definitely in and running.
