France must continue to stab their allies in the back. This will wound their allies and thereby relatively raise them.

As the rightful ruler of the EU, France must also continue to demand exceptions from the rules applied to all the other EU countries. Nothing will show French dominance of the EU and the world like ignoring the rule that are only for the little countries.

What can halt the 'French decline?'

Having America elect Dean or Clark as President of the United States.

Both Dean and Clark have stated that they would take no military action to protect U.S. vital interests without U.N. apporaval. With the French Security Council veto, France would have control over the use of the most powerful military force in the world.

We are killing their wine, cheese and other imports with our boycotts.

Americans are flocking to the UK and not going to France.

If you don't think our boycotts are whacking them, you are not even peeing into the bowl. Nice try though.

I made that change when several posters pointed out that those stations are now owned by Israelis. I will have to check on Total, but I believe that they are now not owned by the French.

What can halt the decline of the Hurrians?

In 100 years, who will care any more about one than about the other?

There is an important task at hand with the France of the present, however. Never before have archaelogists had such a field of opportunity.

The ruins and relics can be tagged and catalogued while actually standing, making the elaborate process of reconstructing, sometime in the 22nd century, a quaint forgotten civilization that much easier for the few scholars of that day in whom a love of the systematic might induce a mild curiousity.

Hmmmm. The decline of France.
This is a case where we should let evolution take its course.
