Moonves didn't cancel this thing because of their legal liability (though it appears to be a billion-dollar libel suit waiting to happen). He canceled it because if it had aired on his network, it would have been the lowest, most embarrassing moment in CBS's 75-year history. This thing reads like it was written by 10th graders.
