Nothing says he can't have a drink while on the Senate floor ... but I still want the socialist pig to have to stand up and verbalize, along with KKK Byrd, and Hatellary Rodhamster Clinton. Maybe Tom'dungheap'Harkin can give one of his sermons, like the one he delivered at the Wellstone memorial. Oh my, this has tremendous comic potential! Must buy microwave popcorn today!

Heck Teddy may not even be there..... Sounds like the Pubs want to try to schedule some orators to fill a thirty hours span.... That shouldn't be that hard for them to do....

A good time to piss test the senate. The rats will be so pumped up on cocaine and amphetamines that Ritalin will be the meal d'jour in the cloak room. Hopefully Rush taught conservatives a lesson and the republicans can get by on espresso and a long unused substance on the senate floor, testosterone.

What makes you think that he doesn't carry his flask with him? Remember he is the son of a bootlegger so I am sure he is versed in the family business of concealing booze. As long as he doesn't cross the Frederick Douglass bridge while going to the capital with a female staff member he should be there.
