Sources in and close to retired Army Gen. Wesley Clark’s (search) presidential campaign deny that infighting between grassroots organizers and the so-called "Clintonistas" on the staff has caused their candidate to stumble.

It is the manifest fact that Clark is nothing but a Clinton sock-puppet that has caused him to to stumble as a candidate. The people have no use for the Clintons anymore. They are electoral poison. Eventually even the Democrats will figure this out.

But hopefully not until December '04. A fillibuster-proof majority in the Senate would be sweet!

Israel said most of the talk about the Clinton connection has been "generated by conspiracy theorists or [Republican National Committee] staffers to put it all in a negative light.”

She seems to be saying, "Connecting us with Clinton is an attempt to smear us." Am I interpreting that right?

Why, it's some sort of Vast Right Wing Conspiracy!!!

The funny thing is the so-called "Draft Clark" movement was a Clinton op from the very beginning. Now they are having infighting between the people who are pretending to be grassroots organizers who are really Clintonistas and people who are pretending to be former Clintonistas who are no longer Clintonistas who are really Clintonistas.

Does anybody fall for this nonsense?

A simple trick for the easily confused... Whenever you see Weasely Clark, imagine Bill Clinton with his hand up the General's a$$ all the way to the sholder, pulling his string to make him talk...
