>>Michael's lawsuit also seeks a removal of Terri's feeding tube for the third time.

This man must have the devil sitting on his shoulder at all times, whispering "kill her! kill her!"

yup, funny, how the family went to the legislature and Gov Bush to be allowed to continue this circus, got their wish, then when the state is sued regarding this terrible law, they do not understand this is now an issue between her husband and the state.

Terri's family do not have a horse in this race...

Flame away...I bought a fireproof suit

One cannot expect any court in Florida to do anything other than rule in favor of the leftist agenda. God help Terri.

Well, if I ever try to kill my wife in the future, the last thing I would want is to have my in-laws butting in. < /sarcasm>

Well, you knew that they would.

"We're very disappointed with the court's ruling," said Jay Sekulow, Chief Counsel of the ACLJ. "It is clear that state law permits the parents to get directly involved in a case to defend a state law that is keeping their daughter alive. It is unfortunate that the court did not find that the parents have sufficient legal interest in defending the state's actions -- actions that provide the only barrier between Terri and death by starvation.

Jay, you are up against a kangeroo court.

Sekulow indicated the Schindlers may appeal the decision

Jay,it won't do any good.

It is my opinion that the powers-that-be have decreed that Terri must die and be creamated in order to destroy the evidence of the crimes comitted upon her and against her.

Therefore so long as those who wish to save her, including myself, are fighting in State Courts, we are fighting a losing battle.

And I don't have much confidence in the Federal Courts at this point in time either.

For all the Duty-to-Die advocates, as the people in Denmark and Holland have learned the hard way, sooner or later, it rolls down to you.

""It is clear that state law permits the parents to get directly involved in a case to defend a state law that is keeping their daughter alive."

It should also be abundantly clear that the FloriDUH kangaroo court and Satan's puppets that serve on it don't give a flying WHAT the law says. They have an agenda to serve and will not be deterred.

Praying for Terri bump

Thank you and the other FReepers for continuing to post articles about Terri, I've been terribly busy and haven't had much time for the internet lately, but I can always count on you folks to keep me informed.

I guess I need to just forget my children exist when they get married and try to lose those loving feelings I have for them.

I understand the whole giving to the husband thing, but does that mean the parents of a disabled person the state is trying to kill have no interest whatsoever?

Since the Schiavo suit is against Bush, the court ruling is correct. The Schindlers have no "standing" in the case. That doesn't mean I am against further action by the Schindlers to prevent Terri from being killed and to get her a thorough evaluation and medical treatment.

Find out if this "judge" has any connections to the hospice industry. Seems that everyone involved in the "kill Terri" rulings does.
