Good point. Now if he had really wanted to get intellectual, he could have rapped about "my cap stirring a vortex in your cerebral cortex."

Oh man. Now you've done it. This is going to be a long thread.

Here is my 2 cents.

"My 4 pound probe your occipital lobe"

Next stop for the rappers? How about D.C.? As if they need a reason to curse...

Very few NFL half time shows are shown on tv that I know of. The Superbowl one of course is shown but that is the exception. Most of the time is filled with analysis and maybe background stories and numerous commercials. From the teams I would assume this was a Fox broadcast game. That means in all liklihood you saw Terry and the gang at half time. Does anyone know for sure if this was on live tv?

"These "artists" are in no way as vulgar as performance of the Falcons this season."

Or as vulgar as the words I've used to describe Coach Reeves passing attack, which hasn't been changed since his Denver days, and opposing defensive coordinators have memorized better than Reeves players.

Bonecrusher, a hefty, Atlanta-based artist, sang the hip-hop hit "Never Scared," in which he muses about shooting someone in the head.

Talk is cheap. Atlanta would be better serving its fans if it used halftime to execute its worst performing player from the previous week. Selection should be made by fan vote.

I was at the game - however, didn't realize the lyrics were profanity laced because I couldn't understand them! What really ticked me and several around me (several older black fans also) was the two sumo sized rappers taking off their shirts. Man - that was a whole lot of rapping shakin' out on the field.

The NFL is headed in the direction of baseball. They've taken a US sport and adulterated it. Many of the NFL players are nothing but hoodlums. Even the neverending pregame shows are repetitive, nonsensical hype hosted by idiots.

No way, not now. Keep the worst performing players so they get a good draft pick. Unfortunately, according to Neal Boortz, the Falcons have already traded off their draft pick, though. Hahahahha...

That's why I'll never see a game in person. Just watch them on TV.

You could come to a Giants game. All we ever have is two truckdivers who try to field punts, or kick short field goals.

The worst part of this year's coverage is the predecisions by the talking heads about which player they will spend the first half of the game hyping, regardless of how poor a game that player is having.

The funniest part of that scene is that it is the Beaver's mom that gives the rap.

"The crowd that comes to a Falcons game is different than a crowd that comes to one of their shows,"

Gee, ya think?

More evidence for the wonderfulness of "diversity", I guess.

I wonder if he got that line from John Cena?

What happened to local high school bands performing at half-time? Oh well, the times have changed.

To get an idea of the Bonecrusher culture, check out this message board for rap music fans. Apparently Bonecrusher has been accused of stealing a song from some Mississippi rappers, and his fans don't take kindly to the accusation. WARNING: CONTAINS EXTREME PROFANITY.
