Woman reports rape by imposter (What the???)

DURHAM -- A Durham woman reported Sunday that she had been raped after she discovered that her sexual partner was not her boyfriend.

Durham Police Investigator J.L. Suitt Jr. said a black man wearing a black T-shirt and a black "do rag" entered the bedroom of a Blue Crest Lane woman shortly after 4 a.m. and pretended to be her boyfriend.

According to the police report, the two had sex and the woman subsequently realized the man was an impostor.

There were no arrests in the case as of Sunday evening.
