>> According to Felos, Michael had wanted to wait until the end of the legal battle -- or after Terri's death -- to express his views publicly.
He'd say, "Nyah, nyah!"

[...] allowing Governor Jeb Bush to ask doctors to reinsert the feeding tube What's this "ask" euphemism? Bush was empowered to order that it be reinserted, presumably with the guns of the county sheriff (normally assigned for government orders, usually from courts) to back it up.
It's pale, naked government force that is keeping this woman in limbo. Let's not forget that.

I don't have cable, but I'll bet you a dollar that Michael is going to cry at some point during the interview. Will try to present himself as a caring husband.

a lot in his heart that he wants to share
Well, we are learing that Michael R. Schiavo has a "heart." That is NEWS!
I think the Schindlers should object to Wolfson from the start. There is little doubt that Wolfosn, from his writings, is biased against "life."

He has a heart?!?

They say [Wolfson] should not be appointed [as Terri's GAL] because he has already made his opinion in the case known. Anyone have a link to where this can be read?

Should be enough proof for the courts, but..........

So now the attempt is to push a guardian on Terri who will be nothing but a substitute for Shiavo and his lawyer?

Just looking at Wolfson's
CV, you have to suspect he's a leftist.
And sadly, opinion on this life-amd-death issue seems to divide largely along predictable partisan lines: The right is pro-life (for the innocent, anyway); and the left is pro-death (for the innocent, especially).
I also have to doubt that he's temperamentally qualified for this task, after seeing this report of an assault on a female colleague.
