His law partner, Debra Bushnell sent out a letter to the medical community that if they did anything to help Terri, they were facing malpractice and battery lawsuits.

This letter should be available for review then. Could you post a copy?

This letter would only be available if a doctor handed it over to the media. This attempt to interfere with Terri's treatment re: IV drip and re-inserting the feeding tube was revealed in a Press Conference by Terri's counsel. (Some documents just aren't available.)

Are you a Felos fellow? Threatening with malpractice and battery charges are in a letter received by Morton Plant Hospital staff last Monday. The letter was an attempt to get a desired result imo, the demise of Terri Schindler-Schiavo. As per Attorney Felos, Terri looks good. Felos should make up his mind.
