Oh, I see what you mean now. This is civil court, but a lower burden of proof is required in civil court than in criminal court. So why would Greta back down in fear? There are far, far more inconsistencies in this case than in those of Peterson and Bryant, it seems to me.

I think FOX would back down (and require Greta to do so) because they (FOX) are pusillanimous white-livered wussies.

Felos would have the support of various interests, he has it now and stands to gain more as this goes on. Pressure will be on FOX, threats of lawsuits will frighten them off. I hope I'm wrong but FOX isn't renowned for courage.
