There was a dynamic press conference today wherein three medical doctors stated unequivocally that Terri can be rehabilitated. A priest stated that Terri's faith would not allow her to choose assisted death.

Since the Judge threw out all the evidence that proves Terri's in there, the family is having to get the truth out on the lawn in front of Hospice.

I am going back to the Vigil for the night shift. There are 8 people there at this late hour. Two of them are freepers and I met pc93 this afternoon. He's helping tremendously.

Are we inside the story? Absolutely. We need some backup though for the weekend. Inviting all Americans to support Terri at Hospice Woodside in Pinellas Park and watch history in the making.

Next Monday will be the legal challenge to Gov. Bush and the Legislature's Terri's Law & Jeb's Executive Order issued this past Monday.

Cruel and unusual if the Judge decides the port for one feeding tube must be removed again and Terri shall be starved and dehydrated to death for the THIRD TIME.

George Felos press conference yesterday was "chilling". How did we get to this place in America where citizens have risen up to protect a disabled Floridian because pathological liars are lying about Terri's state of consciousness, about the money, about a gazillion lies in addition.

Can I sleep at night until Terri is safe with her real family? Not a good night's sleep. Tampa Bay is not having a good night's sleep because many are worried about Terri and have a clear picture of what's been going on. TWILIGHT ZONE EPISODES CIRCA 1960s.

It looks to me that we have to get the Dept. of Justice involved on grounds of corrupt practices and violations of civil rights and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Otherwise, the court could strike down the FL law next week, and Terri could be removed from the feeding tube the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, probably the time George W. Greer would set if he is not restricted by the "illegal" law. The outlook is as dangerous for Terri as ever, as I see it now.

Just for everyone's information, our Conservative Radio Talk show host, Dave Rutherford, had a Lawyer (obviously a pro-die Lawyer) from here and they were discussing this case. I was amazed at the people from here, B.C. and Alberta who were completely familiar with the facts of this case and phoned in and gave this guy an earful. Dave Rutherford, bless his heart, as usual stuck up for the pro-life side of the issue. I was really uplifted by this today. Several people here have offered to take Terri and care for her. In my opinion, these callers and Dave Rutherford, pinned that liberal idiots ears to the wall.

FV, I just read posted on the long thread that it was stated that the battle to attempt to overturn Terri's Law would likely take months. Take heart. I will post this over there as well. This is good news on the doctors and the priest.

Actually, I don't think Schiavo is thinking "Damage Control." He is so confident that the FL Supremes will strike down "Terri's Law" that he is salivating at the bat. He can't wait to starve/dehydrate her AGAIN. Now Felos is saying there is no insurance. Earlier, Schiavo declined to confirm or deny an insurance policy on Terri. There was speculation that he has a large policy with double indemnity.

If he has only the $55,000 left, would that be sufficient reason to insist on starvation. Probably not. He must have other motives, or he may be consumed by power. Usually though people consumed by power are also interested in money, because money represents power to most people.

You know I don't understand WHY this bill didn't remove Michael Schiavo from ALL authority over Terri and decisions regarding her health care. There is clearly a question as to his fraudulent actions and misuse of the Court Award. There is obviously several people involved in this case with glaring conflicts of interest. I trust that the Guardian Ad Litem will replace ANy decision making authority and remove all decision making from Michael
Schiavo!! This is truly bizarre, if this was just one week's reprieve. I am glad the AMA appears to be getting involved in this case. There seems to be many more Doctors with the opinion that she is NOT in a persistent vegetative state than there are on the other side. The sooner Michael Schiavo is "removed" from Terri and has his access to her either severely restricted or removed, the better. I don't think we can let our guard down yet. Not by a long shot.

Thanks for the ping. I didn't see King, but did put up with most of Greta to hear what was going to be said tonight.

It was really good. Dr. Baden actually looked shocked that her disability was purported to have been caused by a potassium deficiency, and not pursued as a criminal act.

Heck, the deceit by Felos and Mikey is on a scary level. How many in the court system sided with them without question? Too many. Felos is cloaked in lies. He furthers the idea that Terri colapsed from the potassium problem due to her own eating disorder, yet when he starves her, her heart holds up just fine.

I had posted earlier that I thought if any constitutional argument be made, the Schindlers should do it first and argue against the constitutionality of the current guardianship laws. I think too, Judge Greer's past rulings should be examined to look for bias against women. One more reason for him to be constantly deciding siding for the best interests of Mikey instead of Terri.

Julie, Baden was criticized for his Thursday night appearance on Greta's Fox program as hostile to Terri. What did he do Friday night that turned everything around?

How did Baden get the medical records? Now we know why the records have been denied.

If this is true, Schiavo should be arrested tonight for attempted murder. Is there a statute of limitations on "attempted murder"? We know that there is no statute of limitations on murder.

Can this really be happening? I don't think Schiavo is going to take this without a further fight. So he may have been covering up his attempt to kill her 13 years ago!!!!!
Unbelievable. The money may have just been part of the reason he wanted her starved and dehydrated. What will Jodi and the mother-in-law to-be think now? I bet they are not amused.

Bobby Schindler said on Fox News (Hannity & Colmes) that they were told there was a 4 year statute of limitations. The family presented the evidence and that was the answer. So, contrary to media reports, LE didn't "refuse" to investigate, no action could be taken.

The four years of course has long expired. But just the publicity of showing how Schiavo had harmed her could scare the FL Supremes into not taking the case. In the past, they have refused to hear the case, but that was when Terri was slated to be starved and dehydrated.

Anyway, I know people are against e-mailing Felos right now. I think a little e-mail to Felos should contain the following question:

"In addition to Schiavo hiding assets that Terri is entitled to through his girlfriend (obvious), ask Michael who Marjory Schiavo is and are more assets hidden through her?"

Start scaring the you-know-what out of him. If he is helping Schiavo, and he thinks someone knows something, we could rattle his cage a little.

You are right, the publicity is very important. The more people see Terri and a human being, and a victim of her husband's total disregard for her, the more likely that no one will rule that her tube can be pulled.

Another thing Schiavo was "married" to Terri for only 6 years before the collapse. He is now 40. So he was "married" to her for only 15 percent of his total life and 27 percent of his adult life thus far. It was not a "long" "marriage."
