Evansville,Indiana police sent a case file to prosecutors Wednesday, accusing a Democratic precinct committeeman of voter fraud. "Please Freep this Poll: Do you think the timing of the absentee ballot investigation is politically motivated?"

The file accuses Donald Mosby - uncle of Democratic County Commissioners President David Mosby - of knowingly persuading a Henderson, Ky., resident to apply for an Evansville absentee ballot. The Henderson resident, Nelson E. Detalente Sr., was visiting his son in Evansville at the time.

The poll desperately needs to be freeped. I live 10 miles from Evansville. The Evansville, Indiana newspaper is Liberal leaning. Can we get a few Freepers to help in making the poll more Right-ous?

Just now caught it. I wonder how mamny absentee ballots float over from Kentucky to Evansville.

Also, how many from Illinois to Terre Haute, and from Michigan to South Bend.

I hope there is more attention being paid to this in other parts of the state.

Because everyone knows everyone in the local precints, it would be unlikely in the smaller middle counties of the state. Add Gary, Hobart etc to your list, it's another matter.

I believe, locally Hill (D)hasn't carried his own county. But is elected by the River Region.

That is true. If, all of the voter fraud that is being committed now, is any indication, the 2004 Election will be turmoil.
