X-NADER RUNNINGMATE ENDORSES KUCINICH. Democratic Congressman Dennis Kucinich's Presidential campaign last week picked up the endorsement of Native American activist Winona LaDuke. Who? LaDuke was the Green Party nominee for Vice President on Ralph Nader's ticket in both 1996 and 2000. "Dennis is not a Green, but he's a Green in his heart," said LaDuke at the Minnesota Kucinich rally. Also on the third party front, Kucinich was previously endorsed by John Hagelin (the three-time Natural Law Party nominee for President) and Barbara Ehrenreich (1988 Socialist Party nominee for Vice President).

FYI, there was a thread here in the last day of so, about a poll that says 25% of voters want Nader...to run again....do a search under "Nader"..and maybe you want to post a link...kind of curious, eh? If it's indeed Dennis, will the Greens require him to pledge NOT to drop out?

Whatever makes Kucinich act as he does, whether a dietary problem during childhood, as Savage might suggest, or something extra in his diet recently, he does make points with those who imagine they are close to nature. I just wish he were more aware of the universe outside.

Nader-Kucinich?
I recall hearing that the Communist party (or was it the Socialist party?) isn't fielding a candadate next year 'cause they're throwing their support to the Democreep candidate.
Anyway, as the old saying goes, "I like my targets clearly identified."

I don't think Kucinich would give up his cushy House seat by switching parties. Vote for Grady West:

You'ns can make fun of me but I'm endorsing Crusty and Al (not the bore) Sharpton. Al's our man, if he can't do it nobody can. Rah, rah, rah. Forget about trusty, vote for Crusty. Kucinich doesn't stand a chance against a b*tch and a b*nch. They're already in a dead heat in the Iowa Cau-cusses.

.
Greens, socialists, communists, what's the difference?
Nowadays socialism is more often dressed up as environmentalism, feminism, or international concern for human rights. All sound good in the abstract. But scratch the surface and you will as likely as not discover anti-capitalism, patronising and distorting quotas, and intrusions upon the sovereignty and democracy of nations.
